A direct route to us.
Approved ECU and TCU jobs can be posted from across the UK. Confirm compatibility and the scope before removing, buying or sending any unit.
Four steps to a postal job.
Get the job accepted
Send the registration, fault details and both labels. We confirm suitability, price and the required parts before dispatch.
Label and protect
Mark OLD / ORIGINAL and NEW / REPLACEMENT. Protect connectors and electronics with appropriate antistatic packaging and cushioning.
Include the job details
Enclose your name, contact details, registration, agreed job reference and return address. Follow the specific packing instructions supplied.
Use tracked delivery
Choose an appropriately insured tracked courier. Share the tracking reference and retain it until the units have been delivered.
Send the right parts.
The required parts depend on the job. Send both units for a typical cloning transfer, unless we agree a different route.
- Photograph the labels and the condition before packing
- Protect pins and connectors from movement or impact
- Keep the original data files and diagnostic reports
- Ask before sending a complete wet or fluid-containing mechatronic assembly
