Who handles enquiries
Northern Calibration enquiries are handled by Precision Remaps UK. Contact admin@precisionremapsuk.com or write to Office 41, Curzon House, Curzon Street, Burton upon Trent, DE14 2DH about your personal information.
The enquiry helper
The contact forms and tuning planner prepare a message in your browser. The gains calculator compares the figures you supply and does not identify your vehicle or approve tuning. The postal planner creates a customer-prepared summary that you can print; it does not accept a job or send it to us. This website does not store the completed enquiry in its own database or submit it automatically. When you choose WhatsApp or email, the message passes to that service and is sent only when you send it there. Your provider may apply its own terms and privacy policy.
Information you send us
We use contact details, vehicle information, diagnostic reports and controller photographs to answer your enquiry, assess the requested work and arrange an agreed service. Please share only information needed for the job and avoid sending passwords or unnecessary personal documents.
Use and retention
Information is used to respond to your request, provide the agreed service and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. It is retained only for as long as needed for those purposes. Necessary details may be shared with a courier or service provider when arranging an accepted job.
Cookies and technical information
This site does not add advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies. The hosting provider may process connection information or use essential security and access technology. External websites such as WhatsApp and Facebook have their own policies.
Your choices
Contact us to ask about information held about you, request correction or deletion, or discuss an objection to its use. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. Further information about UK data rights and complaints is available from the Information Commissioner’s Office.
